Party Poker Million VI Qualifiers Underway

The Party Poker Million VI cruise sets sail from Venice May 3rd and returns May 10th. During the eight-day cruise in the Mediterranean, the world's top poker players will battle it out for the $1 million winner's check. Satellite qualifiers are already underway, and players can win their $12,000 tournament package for as little as $1.
Sub-satellites start out at $1 and will be held daily at Party Poker . Satellite winners will be entered into the weekly final every Saturday at 15:25 ET. Three packages worth $36,000 will be guaranteed in each Saturday final, but for every 20 additional players, another $12,000 package will be added to the prize pool.
The Party Poker Million has a lot of history; past winners include among others Howard Lederer, Kathy Liebert and Erick Lindgren. This year's main event will be hosted by Mike Sexton and broadcasted on television worldwide.
The $12,000 package includes the $8,200 buy-in for the No-Limit Texas Holdem main event, $2,700 for the cruise, and $1,100 worth of spending money.
