FTOPS VIII Starts Wednesday at Full Tilt Poker

Part VIII of the Full Tilt Online Poker Series (FTOPS) starts May 7th, and features 24 different poker tournaments in all poker variations. In total, Full Tilt offers more than $10 million in guaranteed tournament prize pools in this edition of the series.

Just like last time, each of the tournaments is hosted by a Full Tilt Poker pro. There are also three special "mystery" events, which according to Full Tilt will be unlike anything seen before on FTOPS. Another feature to reappear is the "Bouncebackability" freeroll - players who finish on the bubble get an extra chance to win a free seat in the FTOPS IX Main Event.
To participate in the various FTOPS VIII events you can either buy in directly or qualify via less pricey satellite tournaments. All players who make the final table in any FTOPS VIII event receive (besides the money) an exclusive, limited edition FTOPS jacket. Players who win one of the events also get the coveted gold jersey avatar.
